History
Ladakh became the Union Territory on 31st December,2019. It is best known for its remote mountain beauty and distinct culture, covers 45,000 sq. miles.
It is one of the highest regions of the world consists mainly of high plains and deep valleys. The climate is very cold and dry and annual precipitation is roughly 3 inches. The principal products are wheat, barley, millet. Leh is the capital city of the ladakh, people usually come here to enjoy the mountains and the landscape.
