Yes, we understand that in today’s life, you do not have enough time and energy to soak your feet every day. But the infection is also to be avoided. So, you can try the following tips.
- Clean your feet thoroughly
After reaching home, first, wash your feet with soap and clean them.Now take water in a mug and add Dettol to it. Now soak a clean cotton napkin in this water and clean the area between your toes and the skin around the nails properly. Then apply mustard oil or aloevera gel on the feet and go to sleep. You will not be able to trouble any infection.

- Use this foot pack
You can this very handy foot pack during the rainy season. Using this once a week is enough. If your feet get exposed to water for a prolonged period daily, then please do apply it twice a week.
Take 3 tablespoons of aloevera gel, add 1 teaspoon turmeric and 1 teaspoon honey into it. Mix all three ingredients well and apply the mixture well on the soles of the feet around the nails and the gap between the toes. It will also increase the glow of the skin.
Apply this pack on your feet and left it there for 25 to 30 minutes. Before applying the pack, sit with water in a tub. Because you have to put the pack on your soles too, you won’t be able to walk. To clean it, put the foot in the tub and clean this pack by rubbing it with light hands.
After cleaning the feet, wipe them thoroughly with a towel and then apply foot cream, aloe vera gel or massage the feet with mustard oil.
- Soak your feet in this solution
Once a week, soak your feet in the solution which we are going to tell.
Take half a bucket of lukewarm water. Now, add a cup of apple cider vinegar with 2 tablespoons of rock salt or common salt. If you have bath salt, you can also use it. After that add 1 teaspoon shampoo to it.
Mix these things in water and soak your feet in this solution for 25 minutes. Both vinegar and salt are very beneficial for your skin and nails. They are rich in anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties.

- Brushing and scrubbing the feet
Clean your feet with the help of a foot cleaning brush or any soft-toothed brush. By doing this the dirt and dead cells accumulated on your feet will be removed. Now wash the feet with clean water and apply whatever foot care cream or lotion you use on the feet. The best and healthy option for the soles of the feet is mustard oil.
