Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut always remains in the news for some or the other reason. Now, Bandra court of Mumbai has directed to file an FIR against the actress and her sister Rangoli Chandel. The Bandra court has given this order on a petition filed by two people, alleging that she tried to create a divide between the Hindu-Muslim communities.
Kangana Ranaut has been speaking out against alleged evils in Bollywood everywhere from social media platforms to TV. She has been vocal against the alleged drug trap and nepotism in Bollywood. In her tweets, some people find many things objectionable.

Two men had filed a petition in the Bandra court, stating that Kangana Ranaut was promoting hatred between the two communities through her tweets, which not only hurt religious sentiments, but also the film industry. Many people are hurt by this. In their petition, they have accused Kangana of promoting communalism.

According to the petitioners, the Bandra police station refused to take cognizance of their allegations against Kangana, after which they approached the court for investigation in the case. The court has ordered to register an FIR against Kangana Ranaut.
The petitioners also kept many of the Kangana’s tweets in the court. According to them, an FIR can be lodged against Kangana under Section 156 (3) of the CrPC. Kangana will be questioned after the FIR and if there is strong evidence against Kangana then her arrest can also be done.
To inform you, earlier an FIR has been registered against actress Kangana Ranaut in Tumkuru district of Karnataka. On Friday, a court had directed the police to register an FIR regarding a tweet against Kangana. Tumkuru’s first-class judicial magistrate (JMFC) court had directed the inspector of Sandra police station to register an FIR against Ranaut based on a complaint filed by advocate Ramesh Naik.
