Apart from the actors of the Hindi film industry, the legendary personalities related to music and dance also left this world. The news of their demise baffled everyone. 2020 was very painful for the film industry. This year, more than 25 famous stars associated with Bollywood left this world forever.
Sushant Singh Rajput

While the entire world was spending time with their family during the lockdown, actor Sushant Singh Rajput embraced death as he battled depression, although this was the most disputed death for which probe is still going on. Sushant Singh Rajput ended his life at the age of 34 by hanging himself in his flat in Mumbai on 14 June.
Irrfan Khan

The legendary actor Irrfan Khan also left us. He was suffering from cancer since last few years. After battling for the life, he breathed his last on 29 April. Irrfan Khan also shot for the film while undergoing treatment for cancer abroad, but during treatment at the hospital, he was hit by Corona and he too lost the battle of life.
Rishi Kapoor

The shock of Irfan’s death was yet to be forgotten that superstar Rishi Kapoor also bid adieu to the world. Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with cancer, like Irrfan Khan. Saroj Khan
Veteran choreographer Saroj Khan had also left the world this year. She died of cardiac arrest on July 3 at the age of 71. Saroj Khan choreographed over 2000 songs in her career. Bollywood had suffered a major setback after the death of Saroj Khan, who had won the National Award three times.
Jagdeep
Popularly known as Surma Bhopali, actor Jagdeep breathed his last at the age of 81. Jagdeep, who played a prolific character in several films, left the world on July 9. The veteran actor was fighting the illness since a long time and he finally left the world. The actor played some brilliant comedy roles in his career.
Wajid Khan
Famous composer Wajid Khan said goodbye to us on 31 May. 42-year-old Wajid Khan had been battling kidney disease for a long time. After the death of music director Wajid Khan, it was said that he died due to coronavirus infection, but his brother and partner Sajid Khan said that Wajid died due to cardiac arrest. Every music lover will continue to love Wajid Khan for his famous songs like ‘Hud Hud Hood Dabangg’, ‘Jalwa’, ‘Chinta Ta-Ta Chita Chita’ and ‘Fevicol Se’.
Basu Chatterjee
Legendary filmmaker Basu Chatterjee breathed his last at the age of 90. He had directed many big films, including ‘Rajinigandha’, ‘Baat Baat Mein’, ‘Ek Pukta Dekha’, ‘Chitchor’. Chatterjee is known for his different genre of films. Most of his films were based on middle class families.
Pandit Jasraj
Melody king and the famous classical singer Pandit Jasraj died on 17 August in America. He died at the age of 90 due to cardiac arrest. Padma Vibhushan Jasraj was one of the famous classical singers of India. He was conferred with Padmavibhushan, Padmabhushan and Padmashree for significant contribution in the field of classical music.

Rahat Indauri
On 11 August Rahat Indauri also suddenly said goodbye to all of us forever. He died of two consecutive heart attacks after being admitted to the hospital after being. The film industry lost another artist on 23 May. Mohit Baghel, a famous comedian and actor who worked with Salman Khan in the film ‘Ready’, died at the age of 27. In the film Ready, Mohit Baghel played the role of younger Amar Chaudhary. Mohit Baghel was suffering from cancer and breathed his last at his home in Mathura.
