Oatmeal Scrub
The anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial ingredients present in this scrub work well for the skin. It deeply cleanses the skin, controls oil. Along with this, it helps in brightening the skin while completely moisturizing it.
Ingredients :
- 1 teaspoon oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon yoghurt
Directions to use
Mix all these the ingredients well. Now apply this mixture on the face and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash the dry scrub lightly with some water and massage it for 3-4 minutes. After this wash the face properly. Use this scrub 2 days a week.
Lentils( Masoor) Scrub
This scrub will control oil, acne, to remove dead cells of the skin. In addition, it will make the skin soft and smooth.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Masoor Dal Powder
- A pinch of turmeric
- Water
How to use
Mix all these together and leave them for about 2 hours to rest. In this process, the lentils will absorb the ingredients very well. Now apply it on the face and leave it for 10 minutes. Dry it and massage it while washing with water for 10 minutes and wash it off. Use this scrub 1 day a week.
Kiwi Scrub
Kiwi fruit is loaded with antioxidant properties, and it helps in improving skin texture too.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole kiwi fruit
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Few drops of olive oil
Directions to use
Squish the kiwi fruit nicely into pulp, now add sugar and olive oil in it. Apply this mixture all over the face and massage in small circular movements. Wash your face with water. Use this scrub once a week for best results.
