History
Meghalaya, the state of india, whch is located in the northeatern part of the country. It share its boundaries with Assam to the north and northeast and by Bangladesh to the south and southwest. It covers an area around 22,429 sq km.
The state capital is shilling, also known as hill town, located in the east-central part of the state. The cliate of this state is generally mild.
