History
Mizoram is one of the seven sisters of Northeast India with Aizawl as its capital and bordered by Myanmar, Bangladesh and Assam. Mizoram was previously part of Assam until 1972, It became the 23rd state of India on 20 February 1987.
Mizoram is one of the three states of India with a Christian Majority. It has mild climate and relatively cool in summer .It has many traditional dances as Cheraw, Khuallam and Chai. Mizo, English and Hindi are official language of Mizoram but mizo is most widely used for verbal interaction.
