- Around 87 thousand applications out of total 1.19 lakh applications which were received for e-pass during night curfew in Delhi have been rejected. Information received via Officials.

- Corona vaccination work will stop on April 9 in Pimpri-Chinchwad in Maharashtra as the municipal corporation does not have enough doses of vaccines. The corporation said that efforts are on to get the vaccine and the vaccination will start again as soon as it is received.

- There has been a change in the time of the night curfew in Prayagraj. According to which now there will be a night curfew from 9 o’clock in evening to 6 o’clock in morning. Whereas before these timings were from 10pm to 8am. The District Magistrate’s Office has issued this revised order on Thursday night. This night curfew will continue from 8 April to 20 April.

These dates have been picked by the Prime Minister as 11 April is marked as Jyotiba Phule’s Birth anniversary and 14 April is marked as the birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. He said that during this festival we must make all our efforts in vaccinating more and more of our population.

- Night curfew also imposed in Bengaluru along with six other cities of Karnataka. This night curfew will be from 10pm to 5 am in morning and this will continue till 20 April.
