Meanwhile, a travel agency has offered a unique journey from Delhi to London. Unique because, tourists will complete the journey by bus instead of airplane.
A Gurugram based company has organized a trip called ‘Bus to London’ on 15th August. The trip is 70 days long, in which passengers will travel from Delhi to London by road. The travel company gave this information through social media on the occasion of India’s 74th Independence Day on 15 August.
18 countries travel between Delhi and London
According to a post on Instagram, this trip of 70 days between Delhi and London is going to be quite interesting. Within these 70 days, people will cover a distance of 20,000 km by ‘by road’. Not only this, before reaching the UK, bus will also pass through 18 countries, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and France.

Provision for 20 passengers
In the year 2021, only 20 passengers could participate in this trip going from Delhi to London. All the seats of this bus will be of business class. The bus will have 20 passengers plus a driver, assistant driver, agent of the organizer company and a guide. Guides will also be changed during the journey of 18 different countries, so that passengers are not inconvenienced.
How will be the facilities?
To go on this trip, the traveller concerned will need a visa from 10 countries. The visa arrangements will be done by the company. This can be a great opportunity for those who dream of travelling to different countries. People will stay on the trip in 4 star and 5 star hotels. However, people will have to spend huge amount for this.
How much will the fare be?
According to the report, for this bus ticket from Delhi to London, you will have to pay 15 lakh rupees. Those who are unable to pay Rs. 15 lakh, can also pay the amount in instalment.
Adventures Overland co-founder Tushar Agarwal told, “We planned this trip, after a lot of travel enthusiast expressed their wish for a road trip to London. Trip was announced on August 15 and we are hoping that the first bus from Delhi to London will be flagged off in May 2021. We have not started the registrations due to the coronavirus spread. The registrations will start after taking stock of the coronavirus situation in all the countries.”
